Here Is What A Typical Letter Could Contain:
To Whom It May Concern:
A paragraph describing yourself as a customer... where you were shopping, what you bought or saw, etc.
A paragraph describing what you find troubling about the product or service and/or what you think is fantastic.
A paragraph outlining what you think improvement might look like and why.
A paragraph thanking the recipient for their time and expressing your hope that action will be taken on your concerns.
